At Jackson Thornton, we are committed to fostering the growth of future leaders in the field of accounting. Our Internship Program is designed to attract, identify, and train accounting students who not only excel in their academic pursuits but also embody the values and mission of our firm.
We offer interns the opportunity to gain real-world experience in accounting and related fields. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to a wide range of projects, we prepare our interns to shine in their future careers and contribute effectively to our firm's success. FAQs
Internships are awarded up to 18 months before they begin. Applicants are encouraged to apply to an internship as soon as their designated year’s application is posted. Applications are accepted in rounds. If all positions are filled in one round, the next round will not be evaluated.
No work experience needed! Applicants must be declared accounting majors. Junior interns should be in their junior year of accounting during their internship and all other interns should be in their senior year or above.
Our Summer Leadership Program (SLP) is for you! The SLP is an introductory event to teach students about Jackson Thornton and public accounting. You can also reach out to Amanda via the contact link above to schedule a meeting to discuss your options for an office visit or lunch. Also, keep an eye out for Jackson Thornton at your campus recruiting events!
