Jason Wells specializes in providing litigation support for professional services firms and courts throughout the Southeast. Wells offers expert testimony with extensive experience in the courtroom and is a recognized expert in state and federal courts. He has developed technical expertise which positions his team to take on some of the largest cases in the country. In addition to his litigation consulting practice, Wells has more than 25 years of experience in the valuation of closely held operating companies. He also serves as Consulting line of business leader for the firm.

Ashley Taylor’s practice has been focused on providing litigation support in cases related to economic damages, fraud, business interruption, partnership disputes and loss in business value. With over 15 years of experience, Taylor has developed technical expertise that allows her team to analyze large amounts of data on a granular level. She also performs business valuations for estate planning, sale or acquisition of a business, and employee stock ownership programs.

Jason Wells and Ashley Taylor have worked together for over 15 years. They consider each case as a team in order to identify the best approach towards serving their client’s needs.

Wells and Taylor are members of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and both hold the ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation) certification as well as the CFF (Certified in Financial Forensics) certification. They are also members of NACVA (National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts) and hold the CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) credential and the MAFF (Master Analyst in Financial Forensics) certification, which is for individuals specializing in litigation consulting – including economic damages.
